I replied to him for the first time in several weeks. He's an idiot who under the counsel of JS, IMO, tries to intimidate shareholders with alleged "expertise" on SEC matters. It's all a bunch of "cut and paste" BS. If that doesn't work he resorts to libel and defamation.
No point in giving SOB or any of their "gang of cohorts" the benefit of the doubt. They voluntarily relinquished that privilege long ago.
