Why do you think that PTOI management isn't doing that now?? Is Mr. Heddle just too much of an idiot to realize that clear communication of the purported positive results would send the stock price soaring??
Why not just disclose what was fed into the processor (cost/type/if sustainable) and what correspondingly came out (price/type/consistent demand)??
Why not simply run the processors and show the run tickets as were promised in 2009/2010??
