He actually now owns debt the company must pay or he has every right to pursue action that would force bankruptcy proceedings.
And he retains the right to sell that debt to whatever entity he chooses.
If you truly believe this 'Master' nonsense it would be a perfect avenue for 'Master' to break this companies back.
All the 'Master' would have to do is buy Seneca's debt, and any other debt 'Master' could find.
