'Gentle' is a film set in modern-day South Vietnam based on Fyodor Dostoyevsky's 19th century Russia short story "A Gentle Creature". The film has been showcasing in the international festival circuit and film markets since October of last year. 'Gentle' has been well received from its festival screenings in Korea, Poland, Egypt, Netherlands, Germany and USA.
CGV, a major movie distributor, has been promoting and will begin showing 'Gentle' in major cities in Vietnam beginning March 27th.
Following the theater release, 'Gentle' will continue its international festival circuit with screenings scheduled at the upcoming Copenhagen Film Festivals, Budapest Film Festival and Viet Film Fest.
