Okay, I have read all of the negative stuff out there, Canadian dollars vs US, not quite fully executed, etc... EVERYONE, this 8K overall is huge!!! First, this deal will be done, Second, ANY production-revenue is greatly appreciated right now, Third, auditor has been hired for 2013 & 2014, Forth, new credible board members, Fifth, plans to get us back on the OTC, Sixth, share increase with 200,000,000 shares in the treasury with controls on when they can be sold. At half a penny, that's $1,000,000.00 which is desperately needed...
No one else in the world would be doing for this company what Chris Tesarski is doing now, anyone else would have surrendered and walked away long ago. I know he is committed to straitening out our little, deeply in debt, oil company. I say Thank You Mr. Tesarski !!!!!
