KMA Global is required to hold an important "Annual General Meeting" (AGM), including a proxy, and we are working toward this end. An exact date will be disclosed when we have all essential details in place and all parties are in agreement with the timetable.
It's been an excessively long haul with much transpiring in the past 30 months and we at KMA Global look forward to a conclusion.
