My take on Health Canada. HC is merely a department within the government, a Conservative government at that. Just like any government department be it Revenue, Defense, Education they take direction from the politicians above them. I believe those complaining about HC can't see the forest only the tree. This is politics not corruption although at times those words may be used interchangeably This may well be one of those times. The conservative Canadian government is against medical marijuana.

That being said the law is still the law and must be obeyed. Richard Nixon among others found that out the hard way. This is now in the Canadian Court system and I believe justice will be served in we will be licensed
