Pursuant to this acquisition, Pablo L. Nieto, Jr. will be appointed as Chairman and President of Eagle concurrently with the acquisition by Eagle Oil of all the shares of Pure Mobility International Inc. utilizing preferred shares as consideration.
Founded in August 2009, Pure Mobility International is a Broadband Wireless Network owner and operator. The company’s mission is to provide Sweratel Cloud-based, Carrier-grade, MetroWiFi network solutions serving ICT (Information and Communication Technology) infrastructure demands in the most challenging areas such as urban, suburban, rural, logistics hubs, smart communities and network-connected society markets providing users with a truly complete mobility lifestyle.
Rapid growth of Mobile Networks’ data traffic is a challenge for operators meeting the customer demand of high data usage.
