The last filing was the 3rd of March, just weeks after the February filing. A shorter time period actually. I'm hoping to see either one last amendment filed or the announcement that the SEC finds the S1 effective in the next week or two. Then FINRA should finally approve the new stock symbol and we be off to the races.
