From another board: "The Niagara Falls property on which 2 main buildings rest, one holding processors 1 and 2 and the other holding processor 3, was mortgage free until the Seneca mortgage. So PTOI was free to use the property as security."
Wait...can anyone verify this is true??
I thought the excuse of processor #2 not running for virtually all of 2013 was because of welding during construction of processor #3, start up, etc...--the same excuse as was given for processor #1 not running during construction of #2.
So why was processor #2 idle for virtually all of 2013 until the plant went down completely in late 2013??
So condensers in both buildings broke during the winter in late 2013 to take out all three processors??
