This is absolutely dynamite information. I cannot believe that any Federal Judge could or would take pride in what his employer is doing. We have an expert with 14 years of experience bumping heads with poorly trained incompetents. How could this situation have gone un-noticed for such a lengthy period. Could this be nothing more than follow the money. An investigation into the spending habits of the licensing personnel is in order. Are they all living in houses their salaries could never support. Are they all driving new corvettes. Do they dine out often at expensive restaurants. Are they and their spouses dressing beyond their means. etc. As a retired police officer, I am familiar with how easy it is to determine these factors. If the R.C.M.P. investigators are feeling a little lazy they could simply subpoena their credit card records for the past six months. So, let us quit screwing around with these fools and get busy with a criminal investigation.
