Details will matter especially on the other board, when proving flights start and then investors start asking why they are not done in a week.
Managing expectations, from people that know the facts, will involve explaining what is required before certification. When new investors dive in and then think certification is only a week or two away, they will panic, like when evac took more than two demonstrations.
I have only been involved in adding a new fleet to an already certified airline. Proving flights and getting all crew members qualified on the new fleet was planned to take 30 days.
I am only suggesting that managing expectations shuts down the bashers.
