Follow the money. That's the best I can do for you. HC and Lakeshore SHOULD lose this fight. They must though be benefitting from this probable futile delay tactic. Why expose themselves to almost certain defeat not to mention being vulnerable to discovery and disclosure if there were not benefits that outweigh the risks?
