By request from our loyal shareholders and to clean up the Company's balance sheet further, our CEO, Mr. Talari, will be converting $200,000 of his convertible debt, with the Company, at $0.042 per share rather than $0.0047. The conversion process will be documented on an 8K and will be filed with the SEC.
