I understand and get what you have stated.
So since you wont have the audit report and just financials that he will be auditing can you post the engagement letter you signed for the audit. You have stated you did and its a standard AICPA letter im sure. . If fixed fee black that out. This will show you mean business and a full audit report will come but the FS you post mean something and subject to change based on pending audit opinion. .
