Health Canada will not tell you that, only that the application has been rejected. Only Bill or Mr. Robinson (not Robertson) can tell you that if they wish, and I doubt that will happen. There are sound legal reasons for the company to not reveal this information. They have been silent to date and with the judicial review now a reality, they will not comment.
The best thing for anxious investors is to go away, stop reading the boards, don't watch the share price and wait for the decision of the judge. You will drive yourself crazy trying to outguess, second guess, front run any forthcoming decision. This is beyond your ability to control and any mixed messaging you might receive will only further increase your anxiety. Time to shut off your social media and wait for the verdict.
So far nothing I have read has come true so trying to glean any insights here or elsewhere will do nothing but further confuse and upset you. Go away and wait for the decision. Buy more or sell or hold, those are your only true options and no one has the answer as to what you should do in that regard.
