OK, I'll play your game. As you know it is a guessing game since no one knows the reason or reasons for the decision by HC. I believe it not only was arbitrary but prejudicial and tainted with favoritism for other company(ies). The facts I know lead to this conclusion. I know for instance that HC leaked information to a prejudiced news outlet G&M before notifying CEN Biotech of their decision. That in itself is an unlawful act.
