Don't know on how long you have been in the market but over time you learn to take all emotion out of it ..... I know years ago I would be shitting bricks and losing sleep over the uncertainty and market action but I have become numb over time there is no highs on green days there is no lows on red days ...... you will learn to believe in your skills and knowledge and you will grown conviction in decision you make
