I would speculate that a verbal arrangement has been made for the gearup from 1 or more end users. Normally the flow goes like this. It was stated in one of the Q's or K's that it would take 8 months from the signing of an agreement to see any revenues (a verbal agreement would decrease this time frame). That's because you A) sign an agreement/collect deposit or financing,
you order the M-reactor, C) A2F will take 90 days to build it, D)you receive it and it will take approx 30 days to get it up and running, E) you have to work with customer to gain acceptance of the end product (contract will clearly state the engineered design value of the TQD's) F) you begin shipping out TQD's, G) customer receives and evaluates this for production processes (this is the current step we're in with display makers and possibly others including LED Lighting) your standard contract will be 30 days net upon receipt. These steps are clearly in motion..
