We are a team here. No dissidents. A grown up understands there is a proper way to phrase something to open a debate. Most of the snot nosed brats on here own minimal shares and want the floor. The create the most controversy and most of the cognitive dissonance that surfaces. Anyone that creates controversy will get booted. Period. We are a family, however there are always some who try to break it up. I would be especially careful how you address moderators. We are all in this for one purpose; MONEY, not ego stroking.
