Tuesday...looks like some investors are padding their portfolios with very cheap buys of PSGR. I had previously stated that $0.05 was a bottom wall. WRONG! The quick flips on the share price are a bit troubling. MY OPINION...Even though this is a Penny Stock, the share price had the upward momentum to incrementally raise the bottom wall. The ROI for the early investors would remain extremely attractive as the bottom wall was raised. The ROI for 'today's' investors would be attractive, a result of solid base. Perhaps I am being too naive by presuming that the establishment of a solid bottom and then the incremental raising of the solid bottom is in the best interest of an informed investor. I do not ascribe to a quick buy/sell for the absolute minimum ROI. Watching sales of $25.00 remains beyond strange to me. Unless the investor has several hundred Penny Stocks to trade each day, I see no advzntage to making a minimum return.
