EKO INTERNATIONAL CORP. (the “Company&rdquo
(EKNL) announces that THE COURT OF CHANCERY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE has issued an order in furtherance of an application brought by CAPITAL PATH SECURITIES LLC and LEGENT CLEARING LLC to have re-issued 2,926,224 shares of EKO International Corp. common stock, which the company maintained were improperly sold out of a cancelled 5,000,000 share certificate held by one shareholder that represented a position of more than 10% of the current issued and outstanding shares of 28,756,809.
The company is presently considering its position in respect of the court decision and as a result will hold the completion of the OEBIN transaction in abeyance until the matter in respect of the ordered share issuance is finalized.
