BCAP Keep Baron Capital on your watch list as big things are nearing. They recently became a member of the STA (the TA subsidiary for BCAP was opened in February). The company will audit financials starting next week. S1 filings and an uplist to the OTCBB is anticipated to follow shortly after the audited fins are completed. The company is looking to acquire a Brokerage Firm (this should be acquired before the end of July, IMO, but could happen very soon). Latest financials were released on March 28th. Stock price is low and ready to move up with news.
