I think it has nothing to do with a RS.
(da stray basher Nitwit picking just one number, multiplying it by 1,000 and then try to scare people). Tssss....
It says
Quote:
Previous Stock Value: Par Value Shares: 740,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 No Par Value Shares: 0
Total Authorized Capital: $ 740,000.00
New Stock Value: Par Value Shares: 990,000 Value: $ 0.001 Par Value Shares: 5,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 No Par Value Shares: 0
Total Authorized Capital: $ 5,990.00

In a share split Authorised capital doesn't change, it's the PPS that changes relative to the new Authorized Shares number.
Here new authorised par value capital is $ 5,990, talking about 5,990,000 shares. ($ 5,990 / par value = 990,000 + 5,000,000)
If it were a split, it would represent 1 new share for 123.539 old ones ?
That would be very odd.
Don't know what it is though. I sent an e-mail to the Nevada SOS hoping to get an explanation.
