A losing battle for me, but taking it straight to them. I have an obligation to protect my investment and my fellow longs who are sticking it out. We sure as hell have gained the right to be critical, but we, here, do so in a fair and mostly intelligent manner while still, by and large, staying the course. I'll probably be removed for this one, but it'll be worth it to me.

Here is an example. Post 223463. I removed it as it specifically states other companies and tickers that were suspended or exposed as illegitimate. Nowhere within this discussion does it mention GRCU or speak about GRCU. Nor does the poster make an effort to make a comparison. It was simply restored by another MOD who wants to create uncertainty here and posted it as a premium post as well.
The TOS is clear and explicit along with the board warning "The only topic to be discussed here is GRCU." That is a direct quote. It does not say the topic is GRCU and industry comparisons including named companies. Those posts belong on those ticker boards. It has no relation and zero bearing on GRCU. What it does do is it gives the opportunity to create FUD and it is allowed outside of TOS and explicit warnings. I don't undestand the double message and hypocrisy that is going on, on IHUB? These individuals are allowed to spam your boards with repetative, cut and copy posts, denigrate and insult, lie, be deceitful and it seems to be encouraged. I am wondering how that adds to the frequency of a discussion? I don't mind honest debate, disagreement and even negative sentiment and it certainly does add to a board, but when it is with malice, repetative, insulting, demeaning, or outright libel, I'm going to get rid of it until I am no longer allowed to stay as a MOD or I am removed from ADVFN.
I was charged as a volunteer to keep the static down and focus the discussion on GRCU. Not other tickers within a similar industry that foments fear, uncertainty and doubt for those individuals who are focused on GRCU. ADVFN needs to take a good hard look at their policies and follow their own rules as it relates to disengenious posters, whether good or bad. The nonsense that's been allowed here has been the sole cause of the warnings being posted now. JMHO.
