Well, let me present myself as a new target for your imaginary lawsuit against those who annoy you with the fact that the truth is inconsistent with the delusions of the down-98% bagholders.
A) John Bordynuik defrauded you and everyone else out of $65,000,000.00, with his lies about having discovered a way to make $10/bbl oil. He did that for the sole purpose of stealing your money to make himself rich. After he successfully accomplished his goals, he jumped ship and left the genius bagholders like you scratching their heads, and wondering why their +$6.00 shares are now only worth $0.08.
Rick Heddle is as much a lying con man as John Bordynuik. He willfully participated in Bordynuik's fraudulent PR campaign about P2O ships. He fraudulently lied to investors as CEO. He's been nothing more than Bordynuik's scumbag lackey criminal conspirator.
