Out of the barrel thinking: I'm reviving a post

I'm reviving a post from long ago as an example of how P2O may have potential value outside of a typical business model.
Suppose you have an undertaking, commercial or military operating in a hostile environment that is difficult and/or dangerous to get to/supply by land.
You need gas and/or diesel on a ongoing basis but it is too risky for a variety of reasons to drive or drop liquid fuels into your site.
Palletize a processor, including a generator, drop it into your site and then supply it with bales of high density plastic to create the type of fuel you need (it's select-able) as you need it.
The bales would not be an explosive threat during transport and of little or no value to unfriendly folks if lost or stolen. Values in and of themselves.
