CEN Biotech is in Federal Court for Judicial Review. We felt it necessary to go this route. Our facility was ready to start growing in April 2014. Our audit is almost complete. We closely watch the Allard case and the future of the MMAR and MMPR. Our OMB hearing is still a go with Lakeshore! As always, we continue to act in the best interest of our shareholders."
