No, not one bit in my opinion. That Sierra group has been making predictions like this for a while. Maybe one of these times they will be right but that would be great luck on their part.
Plus, NTEK is working on commercials and stuff right now, they wouldn't be doing that at the moment if Netflix was taking over soon.
