Jordan a while back using the freedom of information act received documents from lakeshore in regards to the municipality and cen. In those documents lakeshore had already consulted a third party about zoning. The third party from what I remember had said cen due to precedence was correct in zoning. I'm not going down the zoning road. Not an issue. But what I'm stating is that lakeshore knows they are wrong. I wish I had that document to post.
