PERHAPS THIS IS GRCU'S PLAN - Proof of Concept. It seems to me that GRCU through their E-Commerce sites and RICO are proving at a small scale that the products can sell. That the infrastructure is in place to capitalize on the market.
DEFINITION:
Business development
In the field of business development and sales the use of proof-of-concept helps to establish viability, to isolate technical issues, and to suggest overall direction, as well as providing feedback for budgeting and other forms of internal decision-making processes.
Now they can seek funding based on this proof-of concept.
JMO = I just don't think they have the capital for a full scale marketing plan so why not show it can work and then go get funding. LONG AC
