March 6, 2015 / Aeris Trading Corp is pleased to announce the signing of a definitive merger agreement with SK3 Group Inc. (OTC Grey Market: SKTO), a publicly traded company in the Over the Counter Markets. Aeris Trading is an investment consultancy focused on financing activities in the Commodity Trading sector. With our vertical financing model, our investment strategy focuses on mineral production financing to downstream mineral trade financing. Aeris' network of suppliers and partners in Latin America makes it a complementary venture organized by the founders of Alpha Trading, LLC, a downstream commodity trading firm.
