Cleartronic, Inc. (CLRI) Strengthens Hold on Inter

Through a recently announced expanded licensing agreement with Collabria LLC, Cleartronic, Inc. (OTCQB: CLRI) has established the primary conduit for its future marketing and sales operations involving the ReadyOp™ interoperability platform. The new arrangement provides Cleartronic with the opportunity to increase focus on sales and marketing efforts through its wholly-owned subsidiary, ReadyOp Communications, Inc., while continued development of the platform’s operational capabilities are completed through a separate entity. Though specifics have yet to be released, reports indicated that the deal calls for the issuance of Cleartronic stock in exchange for a master distribution agreement for the ReadyOp™ platform.
“The ReadyOp platform is now proven in daily operational use by many agencies at all levels of government and internationally,” stated Marc Moore, CEO of Collabria LLC and a newly appointed Director at Cleartronic. “We will now be expanding our marketing efforts in existing markets and expanding into new territories.”
The updated licensing agreement follows the two companies’ original agreement, which was announced in August 2014. In combination with the company’s VoiceInterop unified communications solutions, Cleartronic now fully controls the distribution of two of the most powerful options for helping budget-constrained local governments improve interoperability between diverse communication protocols.
According to the Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security, a number of high-profile public safety events could have been managed much more efficiently if seamless interoperable communications, such as those provided by the ReadyOp™ platform, were possible. In the aftermath of the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, for example, critical information was passed between first responders via couriers on golf carts due to a lack of effective interoperable communication options.
Whether in times of peril or simply to increase the effectiveness of daily operations, agencies throughout the country are continuing to recognizing the need for improved communication protocols. Cleartronic, through its recently announced licensing agreement for ReadyOp™, is in a strong position to capitalize on the market’s continued growth in the coming years.
