This case is a no-brainer, appropriately named with HC employees in mind. I do believe that any payoffs or kick back schemes were done at a much higher level, therefore some high ranking official is quaking in his boots and hoping to drag this fiasco out and maybe it will go away. No chance. It has already gone much too far and the persons involved have plenty of money. Canada will ultimately be found at fault for being boneheads and will be responsible for millions of dollars in punishment payments. Let us see how irate Canadian citizens can become. Canada has already lost millions of dollars in cancelled contracts by European manufacturers who will no longer conduct business with a country administrated by fools and thieves. If I were licensed to practice law in Canada I would deal with this case on my lunch hour. Good Luck, Canada. You really suck.
