TECO is still not being honest...
Their rig (according to the video) was not capable of directional drilling because it used a power-swivel to rotate the drill-pipe (a top-drive or rotary-table are required to handle the torque created by a mud-motor which is a directional drilling tool).
Yet TECO claims they drilled a multi-lateral with three 1000 foot laterals... this is not possible using the rig in the video. TECO management are compulsive, perpetual liars...
Your answer is I do not know. Are you an insider or something ?
