I believe your 100% correct in that FITX pressured HC to respond and once they did, they withdrew their motion for judgement. My guess is that they're talking behind the scenes which again was pushed forward with FITX filing the lawsuit to begin with. If in fact their is a lot of dirt to be found within HC then they just may come to an agreement with FITX to keep the dirt covering all the stench!
