Yours appears to be a fair representation of the current situation. HC has in fact defaulted and CEN through its representatives is asking the court to carry out the Motion of Judgment against the defendant. I did not stay at a Holiday Inn last night but there is a Holiday Inn Express less than .5 miles from my apartment.
