Today the Florida based pool & spa industry aggregator announces the signing of a Letter of Intent to acquire E & M Pool Plastering Inc ("E & M").
Lawrence Calarco, Chairman of CPSM, Inc., said, "The E & M acquisition is the next logical step in our growth initiative. E & M and Custom Pool Mechanics have a nearly twelve year working relationship and will integrate very well. This will enable us to provide the customers of E & M a better long term solution and expand our overall footprint."
Privately held E & M was founded in 1995 and is a certified pool plastering company for industry leaders SGM and Florida Stucco products. E & M repairs, and replaces pool finishes above and below the waterline. E & M reported approximately $1.8 million in revenues in 2014 and presently services Palm Beach, Martin and Saint Lucie Counties.
