Also, if this technology is going to be used for the keystone mine, couldn't it be used for the congress mine as well? Begs the question if the plant that Joel is building would be needed after all. The contract specifies 30k tons and up to 80k tons to be processed with fmc's tech. Wondering if there will be another mobile processor that will be used for congress?
