On the newest set of events / news today. It would appear that H /C has, to date, declined to respond other than the acknowledgment of the receipt of information. Further that an ex parte motion was filed by us to show default on the part of H / C.
Now all the judge has to do is to grant that motion, and there is no reason not to. Then the court will order to proceed with the license.
The question now becomes what is left for H / C to do to proceed in accordance with the rules. We know the security clearance is being done, and most likely a final inspection needs to be done.
I feel this will take place post haste, but, could take a few weeks to a couple of months, so don't get to wired about before 'FRIDAY', as that is just not realistic at all. What ever time it is, it is now in our favor and that is what matters and allows you a LAST chance to secure your best position, IMO. GLTA
