Capstone Industries to Unveil New and Innovative Power Failure Solutions and Other Safety and Security Products at the 2012 National Hardware Show in Las Vegas

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL, April 9, 2012 - CHDT Corporation (OTCQB: CHDO) ("Company" or "CHDT"), a leader in the design and manufacture of specialty power failure lighting solutions and innovator of consumer safety and security products for the North American retail markets, announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Capstone Industries, Inc., will be unveiling new power failure lighting solutions and other safety and security products at the 2012 National Hardware Show (NHS) being held at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV from May 1st through May 3rd, 2012.
