Because some yahoo decides to change the zoning in order to confuse the issue, many millions of dollars had already been invested in the property as it was zoned agricultural. The mayor and council persons are in deep doo-doo and they know it. Keep in mind that F.I.T.X. did not need that particular property. Any property zoned for Ag. would have been fine, even if it were miles away. Lakeshore back woods residents apparently are not aware of the fact that F.I.T.X. will put them on the map by opening a tight labor market, increase taxation dramatically and probably reducing individual real estate taxation and generally causing great improvement to there nasty little town. Let us say that they have earned exactly what is heading their way in the form of an F.I.T.X. shareholder law suit.
