One of the minor little annoyances that has croppe

One of the minor little annoyances that has cropped up with me is that, "We will be sure to respond in 24 hours." Can we drop the facade on that one already? I've asked basic questions about the Hemp Shampoo which has been out for two months with no response for two months. I know I can call, however I have no desire to talk to Jesse at this time and be told we are working on it. He told me the same thing about the pills 7 months ago. Long and holding, but not pleased at this moment.
