per pm. copying ihub nonsense posts is fine. so lo
Post# of 96879
so i was copied (by you and the others) multiple times. about the a/s being 45 billion
(not just a few people. and not just a few times. numerous posts. by your group too. claiming the "a/s was 45 billion per otc"
now a question for you....
if the same (wrong) otc-resource that was being used. and had the authorized @ 45 billion, why wouldn't the rhetoric be a "reduction"?
instead. your posts shows the same clowns. now claiming a 10-fold increase
but using state filings and documentation now
see how that works.....?
anyone call them out on it? did people catch that? its not personal (to me). its an investment strategy
i know the game. my experience. investing rules. investing options et. al. will keep me and my capital safe. but since you've repeatedly asked my opinion and you guys are "newbies" (as you say) then what sense does that make/
so, to answer your question. it is no wonder shareholders get pissed. defend their stock. and may feel forced to support their investment. they are protecting their money (normal. especially if they see through the bold lies and games)
liars lying both ways.... i just gave (3 pm-ers) you an example based upon posts copied from same people. they lie as it suits them....and
ihub rules allow for these shenanigans. and prevent you from calling them out on their lies and misrepresentations
e.g.
(the posts you showed were meant for readers to presume that ntek ss was 45 billion - again, i didn't read this. it was copied to me. but ihub has the first sentence, like 7 words in the subject line, as the subject heading on the board. so a reader who is scanning ntek saw "A/S 45 Billion" and would naturally presume it the authorized share structure for ntek. and likely run away...)
effective
so let's review
the state had "45 million a/s" for hvel
the otc had "45 billion a/s" for hvel
all along your posts to me show hvel a/s claims of "45 billion"
despite the state records, shareholder letter, last ta reports (confirmed both verbal and written), et. al.
now, the otc changes the number from 45 billion to 450 million
and the claim is that
"it went up", "ntek increases a/s 10 fold",....et. al.
i can see why you are confused. that's why research is key
why new investors like yourself
keep reading and learning. esp. if you have to teach yourself. trust no one. verify everything. don't concern yourself with labels, just do the work so you know what's going on with your investment. and can keep your capital safe (that's my best advice to you and your growing little investment group)
(thx for agreeing to let me post my reply to benefit others - and the members of your group. i wish you all well. take it easy, p)
