apparently, something in the coffee they serve visitors causes them to lose their mental faculties, assuming they had any, and mindlessly make excuses for their performance and delays months beyond what was initially stated and we're still waiting for most statements to come true. some over a year old.
your statement that "fixing scratches must take time as well " indicates you don't pay attention to what they said was the time it takes to complete a movie.
maybe your lacking attention span explains why you seem to forget all their promises that fall by the wayside, and why you are so forgiving.
