Scrc. Coolerheadsprevail, I see where you state on 6 occassions that Mr Zampetti caused all these collaspes over a period of time of approx 18 months. You point out that it was him on all 6 times. I would like to see links provided as well as financial statements supporting your comments/claims. You are stating it as fact that he did indeed sell and personally brought the stock down on these 6 occassions. I would also like to know as well how do you know Mr Zampetti participated in the .05 cent offering? Please provide links/proof, very fair question. Also how do you know it has been him selling his alleged .05 cent stock??? Again fair questions as you have stated them as fact, so you must have empirical EVIDENCE THAT HE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEMISE ON 6 SEPERATE OCCASIONS WITH 6M SHARES. BTW, I AM PRETTY SURE WHAT I READ OF THE 6M SHARES IN THE FILINGS, THERE WERE MANY SHARES GIVEN TO OTHERS. I ADDED UP A LOT LESS THAN 6M SHARES TO JOE ZAMPETTI.



I believe at this point in time you need to show the proof of links to confirm how many shares and when did Joe Zampetti sell his stock. I would also like to point out before the offering of 22m shares was done, there were over 50m shares that were added to the float from the last 18 months. DO THOSE 50M SHARES COUNT FROM THE CONVERTS AS SELLERS THAT LED TO THE DEMISE ON 6 OCCASSIONS OR IS IT SPECIFICALLY THE 6M SHARES THAT WERE THE ONES RESPONSIBLE??? PLEASE SHOW MR ZAMPETTI FACTUALLY OWNING THE .05 CENT STOCK YOU CLAIM AS WELL AS HIS SALES AND PROVIDE ALL PLEASE. IS THIS PURELY SPECULATION, CONJURED UP, MADE UP, ALLEGED SELLING BY JOE ZAMPETTI OR IS IT FACT THAT YOU HAVE ALL DATES,SHARE AMOUNTS, AND PRICES??? Thanks.
