Kungsleden’s property portfolio’s total return reached 13 percent according to IPD Swedish Property Index, which surpasses the industry average with 4.4 percentage points. The office segment in growth regions had the best return performance during 2014 for Kungsleden. “I am happy to see that our efforts to refine and concentrate our property portfolio in accordance with our new strategy have paid off.
