The flagship smartphone is expected to launch in the first half of calendar 2015.

The RF7501C includes multi-band multi-mode PAs, switches, filters and duplexers, and full support for carrier aggregation, advanced power tracking (APT) and envelope tracking (ET). With a compact 7.0 x 7.5 x 1mm size, the RF7501C is the industry's smallest integrated RF front end solution, delivering a 35% reduction in board area compared to discrete solutions.
