Bodie is not concerned about a drop in the PPS. However, if they punch it down to .0001, they may not be able to unload all their shares. That is why Bodie needs a R/S. You have to remember, from Bodie's perspective, it got $100,000.00 worth of free shares. Bodie is probably going to be happy if they can clear 10-20K.
Bodie can't sit on the shares, they have to sell them as Bodies is in the business of "loaning" money for shares. So, liquidity is the key to that business.
Nobody want MRIB at .0001, not you, not Margrit, not Bodie, nobody.
