Shareholders voted 99.5% in favor of the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of January 11, 2015 (the "Merger Agreement"), with OnCore Biopharma, Inc. and the issuance of common shares of Tekmira pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement.
